Welcome to the new IB Educator Network home page! We are delighted that you are interested in pursuing opportunities to become more involved in the IB community. There are thousands of education professionals who give their time and support to the IB and collectively form a vital resource in sustaining the operation, quality and development of the IB. These people form the IB Educator Network (IBEN).
IB Educators contribute as workshop leaders, site visitors, consultants, examiners, moderators, curriculum reviewers, online mentors, application readers, moderators, field representatives – and many other activities that are vital to the on-going success of the IB programmes world-wide.
If you have come to this site as an Educator previously registered on the Volunteer Database, please use the LOGIN link on the right to update any of your details.
If you are new to this site, welcome! Here is where you can apply to participate in an IB Academy, and become part of the IB Educator Network. The IB Academies are held two to three times annually, and train teachers from IB schools to become active as site visitors, workshop leaders, and consultants. The site is open year round, and once you have completed your application, it will be retained on the registration site to be considered for upcoming IB Academies. To apply, please use the following link.
